Disliked: Check-in, communication
The location was great and the property was clean and had everything you needed. However, communication was very poor. I did not receive a response to the messages I sent before we got there so I had no idea how to 1) get into the building 2) where to park 3) if I make amendments to the check in/out time 4) leave my baggage anywhere before my flight.
