Savoy Monumentalis VII is a modern and luxurious 3-bedroom apartment, ideal for guests seeking comfort, tranquility, and stunning sea views. Located in the prestigious Lido area, it provides easy access to the waterfront, restaurants, and all the attractions of Funchal.

Accommodating up to 6 people, the apartment features three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom: one bedroom with a double bed and balcony overlooking the sea, one bedroom with two single beds and balcony facing Rua Velha da Ajuda, and a third bedroom with a double bed and sea-view balcony.

The social area includes an open-plan living room and kitchen, plus a guest WC. Outside, guests can enjoy shared gardens and a pool, as well as private parking.

This apartment is perfect for relaxing, watching the sunset, and experiencing Funchal’s sophistication in comfort and privacy.

GETTING AROUND

The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

INTERACTION

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION

We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
