Promenade II is a modern and comfortable 3-bedroom apartment located in a prime area of Funchal. With a capacity for up to 6 guests, it's the ideal choice for families or groups seeking an elegant and well-equipped stay in Madeira.

The property is laid out on a single level with bright and spacious interiors. It includes a master suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom; a double bedroom with a queen-size bed; and a twin bedroom with two single beds. There is also a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest WC.

The open-plan living and dining room has direct access to the balcony, which is shared with the suite. The balcony features an outdoor dining table and a lounge area – perfect for relaxing in Madeira’s mild climate.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a separate laundry area. All living spaces are air-conditioned, ensuring maximum comfort year-round.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
