This apartment is in the center of Funchal, 10-15 minutes walk from the traditional market and the marina. It has 2 spacious bedrooms with queensize bed. It has two bathrooms and a fantastic and ample outdoor space where you can enjoy the good weather and sunbathing or a meal with friends and family!
If you want to rent a car, the building has a garage where you can park.
The apartment is large and fully equipped with all amenities.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
We are right in the center of the city, which is the same as saying that there are points of interest everywhere. Funchal Cathedral is 10 minutes away and the Old Town area as well. Nearby you can find supermarkets, shops and bakeries.
In the center of Funchal there are restaurants for all tastes, terraces, museums, gardens and of course the city bay and promenade, ideal to end the day!

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It’s cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport!

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and blanket on all properties.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
