The Hotel was excellent with an excellent location. I enjoyed the pool. Many good restaurants conveniently located just behind the hotel. The buffet breakfast offered an excellent selection and was so helpful to have especially before touring. I highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely friendly hotel with plenty of facilities and helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and had every thing we needed. We had a couple of meals in the pool bar which were very nice. The hotel is situated very close to Funchal centre and there were plenty of eating and drinking places.

The staff was very helpful, especially Rodrigue and Rachel also, the property was well maintained and very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast very much. It had a lot of variety.The only thing I disliked was the pool deck was under construction, and there was a sewer smell on the property other than that I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful. Both pool areas are fantastic. We did not eat at the hotel, so cannot comment on this. Room was lovely. Comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk onto the promende (downhill), and 5 min walk (uphill) to get to a small selection of cafes and restaurants. Would most definately return in future. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this hotel for several reasons. First and foremost, the hotel is extremely clean and modern. I loved everything about the room and hotel amenities. Second, they have the best staff. DIEGO and NANCY were incredibly kind. They were amazing and went out of their way to help me when I lost my US passport. The hotel is in an amazing location and had THE BEST breakfast buffet. Cannot wait to visit again!
