This flat is located on the ground floor of an old cultural space, now completely renovated, transformed and decorated with details that refer to Africa and movies from the 50's that took place there (Tarzan).
The decoration has been thought out in detail and combines cultural elements with the most sought after in a travel context: practicality, modernity and comfort.
This property has capacity to accommodate 4 people. It offers a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, in open space. The bedroom and the living room give access to a balcony.
The building has a common entrance to all the properties and is located in Rua Ivens, behind the Funchal Municipal Garden, one of the main arteries of the city.

Building located in Rua Ivens, behind the Municipal Garden of Funchal and 1 minute walk from the Municipal Theatre Baltazar Dias. From this building you can get to know and visit on foot the main points of interest of the capital of Madeira Island. It is close to restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Marina, Santa Catarina Park.
In the city centre there is plenty of information about all sorts of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

You have access to all areas of the property.

We are always available to help or answer any questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
