The hotel placed very close to marina and to center of the city, 5-10 min to most useful poi. Good, clean room, staff very helpful. The breakfast is good, typical I would say for this grade of hotel. Highly recommended.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast was good, but would have been nice to switch up the food every once in a while just to have something different sometimes. Other than that we had a great stay here. Would definitely recommend and come back!

We really liked the location and the breakfast was nice. They are rooms are spacious and the pool and tanning area was really nice. I recommend the hotel. It is nice to know and be aware that you should use the note that says if you need cleaning or if you're sleeping. Otherwise they might knock on your door at 18, because they take your room last. When we arrived the first night we saw a huge coffee stain on the unused sheets so we had to ask if they could clean and change the sheet again and they did, so it was fine, but you should check underneath the extra pillows if it's clean.

Pillows were bad! Bumpy and piling inside and pillow case was broken. Bedsheets are loosely prepared so they all come undone when you get into the bed. Breakfast was average, location was good and walkable. Cleanliness in bathroom could be improved. Staff were quiet nice.

Would not recommend. My reservation was for 2 Twin bed rooms but upon arrival, front desk said their information was for 2 Queen rooms. I had a hard copy of Expedia Reservation but there was only one twin room available and the other room was a Queen. The room smelled like raw sewage. The breakfast room had one coffee machine and the line was 10 people long during breakfast.

We liked everything about this hotel…except problems with breakfast during our entire stay.. For the three days that we were guests at this lovely hotel, we found that there was just not enough staff to manage keeping the tables clean, getting adequate food on the buffet table, refilling the platters, putting out sufficient mugs, etc. The two staff members who were working were polite with our requests, and very respectful, but they just couldn’t do it all on their own. This needs to be rectified for the hotel to be truly deserving of a 5-star rating.

Kleines Hotel mit renovierten Zimmern. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist ok aber mit wenig Abwechslung. Achtung falls mit Mietfahrzeug müssen Parkplätze im vorab gebucht werden. Es fallen pro Tag 12Euro an. Es gibt aber auch andere Möglichkeiten in Funchal. Alles in allem gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, mit Dachterrasse, Pool, Bar und kleinem Fitnessraum. Sauberes Zimmer bei Ankunft. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl haben, aber dennoch alles da was man braucht. Gut gelegen um ins Zentrum zu gelangen. Das Hotel selbst hat nur 6 Parkplätze, diese also rechtzeitig reservieren. Alternativ kann man gut im Santa Lucia Parkhaus parken für aktuell 5,50€ am Tag, die Empfehlung kam von Tania an der Rezeption.

Vennlig og hjelpsomt personale,flinke til å prate engelsk. Rengjøring av rommet daglig,kl10 på formiddagen. Ønsker du ikke så tidlig fantes det Do not disturb skilt du kan henge på døra. Kjøleskap på rommet,men det er tomt. Men det finnes to supermarked i kort gangavstand fra hotellet. Bra beliggenhet med gangavstand til sentrum og restauranter og butikker. Det hører også med parkering,men må bestille den når du bestiller hotelloppholdet. God frokost,rent i frokostbuffet. Fra kl0730-10. Rolig område hotellet ligger i.
