This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa, and a TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The sunroom with a table and chairs is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee while soaking up the sunlight.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. 

For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers a unique setup with a cosy bunk bed, complete with stairs for easy access, making it ideal for children or friends. Please note that the second bedroom does not have windows, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed atmosphere. All beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to provide maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Please note that hot water is limited, allowing only short and spaced-out showers.

The property includes private parking, making it convenient for guests with their vehicles.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The street where the apartment is located is quite busy, with various shops and an active urban atmosphere. As a result, some noise from the street may be heard during the day.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
