We loved everything about this hotel — the cleanliness, location, pool area, and evening entertainment — so much that we’re already considering coming back in a few months. The two young women working at the reception are wonderful: very helpful, friendly, and truly professional. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about the gentleman working some of the day shifts, who always seemed annoyed when we asked him something. He could definitely learn from his younger colleagues and benefit from some additional customer service training.

Loved the location, cleanliness and vibe of the hotel with fantastic pools and all staff were great. Only downside was limited parking and I was only able to get a space at the hotel on 1 of 5 days, all other days I had to search for on street parking around 500m away from the hotel. Not ideal but aware there isn’t much can be done about it due to the central location.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Courteous staff, great service, excellent breakfast. Enjoyed the dinner buffet as well in one of the evenings. Easy walk to downtown and a short walk to shops nearby to get water, etc for the room.

Rooms were kept clean by friendly staff and public areas were too. One gripe was the little gym room where the running machines are were not working as well as no air conditioning and it was quite inadequate for such a big hotel and very disappointing . The food was ok at breakfast as lots of choice and the staff work really hard keeping tables cleared etc. The outside pool and sun beds were clean and usable at all times . I was on 6th floor with a sea view but the noise from the main road below was loud and for that reason I wouldn't stay there again as the patio doors didn't keep noise out and I only managed to sleep after 1.00am till noise started again at 6.00 am .
