Right in the centre of Funchal, right next to Mercado dos Lavradores, this fantastic building offers you all the convenience, for a group of up to 12 people.

Set in a building that used to house an old Madeira Embroidery House, this property is divided into six independent rooms, each named with a well-known Madeira Embroidery stitching name.
With a modern and functional architecture, these rooms have small notes that take you back to the past and tell you a little about the island's embroidery. With a double bed, bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette, each room has the capacity to accommodate two people.
For those who like to enjoy a nice relaxing moment in the open air, you can take advantage of the pleasant terrace, available on the top of the building, which has a kitchen, so that you can cook your meals "away from home".
On the same terrace there is a laundry room.

AREA
A few metres from this property is the Edifício Anadia, a shopping centre with several shops, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket, in a privileged central area, right in the heart of the city of Funchal. A stone's throw from the Lavradores Market and the Old Town of Funchal, from here you can explore on foot the several touristic points of our beautiful city (ex. Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Sé Catedral, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc...)
At the building's exit you have an excellent connection to the local bus network and to the entire island, covering the east and west zones, so you won't need to walk far if you want to enjoy these services.

GETTING AROUND
With bus stop practically at the doorstep, transport will not be a problem for our guests.
Although the airport aerobus stops a 2-minute walk away, we recommend our private transfer partners, usually cheaper than airport taxis. Let us know in advance if you’d like to book this service.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.
There is no elevator in the building. Access to the apartment is via stairs only.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
