Beco Santa Emília 4Q is a fully renovated city studio, ideal for two people.
The studio measures 41 m2 and has a double bed, sofa, dining table, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony overlooking the city and the sea. The studio is located on the 4th floor and is accessible by elevator and stairs.
The studio is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, ceramic stove, oven and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, among other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in a quiet street close to the city centre, 300 m from the Town Hall and 750 m from Mercado dos Lavradores. The Old Town, Funchal Marina and seafront are less than 15 minutes away on foot.
Nearby there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, grocery stores, wine cellars, shops, museums, pharmacies and clinics.
Although a car is not necessary, there are two public car parks 140 m from the building. Free parking possible at night and weekends in nearby streets.
The Aerobus stop is at 850 m. There are bus stops 150 m away and by car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the highway to discover the island.
