Good base, Clean, modern very comfy bed. Breakfast great choice sometimes very busy around 9am Great roof top bar with fabtastic views across Funchal. Friendly staff on reception. Building work either side to the hotel.

The reception staff were excellent and always very helpful. Loved the rooftop bar but unfortunately didn’t use it as often as would have liked, as the weather was not always kind. The hotel is in a great location for The Lido and public transport.

The hotel is located near the coast and near a majority of attractions in Funchal. Our stay here was nice and comfortable with no real highlights or lowlights to speak of, and that is a compliment, we admired the cozy painless experience. The outdoor pool was absolutely freezing with the outdoor temperature being 20 degrees, though that was more due to the breeze. The rooftop bar is quite nice and cozy to chill at after a day out in the city !
