Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
sehr laute Umgebung, laute Nachbarn (hier wird schon mal bis nachts 3 Uhr lautstark gefeiert), Baustelle im Erdgeschoß, die Fenster sind nicht Schallisoliert bzw. haben eine Schallisolierung der Gruppe 0, soll heißen, Sie hören alle Außengeräusche, Wohnung ist groß, zentrale Lage, Tiefgaragenstellplatz, für Familien nicht geeignet und auch nicht für Leute die Ruhe suchen, hier ist es immer sehr laut und unruhig
