Property is aged (no USB) with cobwebs near the ceilings and corners. Bathroom was stinky, vanities are too low and too small. Despite that we upgraded to larger room to accommodate a third person in the room, but were told to add a second room for the person. It was not necessary because we were accommodated in Sendai and Sapporo with no hassle.
Richmond Hotel is near the west side of the Fukushima Station.

定宿が満室でこちらを選んだのですがトリプルルームはゆとりがあり快適でした。ただバストイレが狭く着替えやバスタオルを置く所がバスタブから遠く少し不便を感じた事、洗面台のすぐ横にドライヤーがあって水が掛からないかひやひやした事、小さなことですがペットボトル水の提供が無いのが意外と不便だった事を感じました。朝食会場が狭く朝一に行って並んだ事、動線等は改善の余地ありかもしれません。チェックイン時に必要なものを自分で選んで持っていけるのは無駄が無くとても良いと思いました。駅前なので便利でそれでいて静かでした。提携駐車場はとても狭く運転に自信の無いので家族に代わってもらい駐車しましたが格安で有難いですね。
