Great location near train station and bus stop (bus that goes to Fukuoka int'l airport). Family Mart is just across the street. There's also a 24-hr tax-free cosmetics and drug store across the street (which also sells some food souvenirs that are slightly cheaper than those at the train station and some drinks, yogurt, sweets and snacks that are cheaper than convenience stores).

Location is perfect. Close to Hakata station, which is a destination in itself. Staff were helpful, and the hotel provided new towels, pajamas, sleepers, tissue and toothbrushes/toothpaste daily. The room is clean but our room was too small for two people. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Very convienent and easy walking to everything one would need in the area. However, the room was very small. Traveling with 2 adults and a toddler plus luggage, there was not much room to move around. We had friends and family staying at Mars Garden across the street and their rooms were large and luxurious. But we spent most our time traveling around the neighborhood, and only sleeping in the room, so it was worth it in the end.
