It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and there were several eating places steps away and across the street. Lawsons right next door. Big department stores right down the street so it was in a very convenient area. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. There was an ironing press and some kind of washing machine in the room (instructions in Japanese and we didn't need it so we didn't inquire).The staff were polite, cheerful, and very helpful when we asked questions. They spoke English. There was coffee, water, and all kinds of free amenities in the lobby like room slippers, shower caps, etc.

No complaints. The room was clean and comfy and came with a washer/dryer unit. It also, had a microwave, fridge and hot plate. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had limited options but all still very good.

Great place to stay. Totally central to food, shopping, and other amenities. Bonus was having your own washer/dryer combo. Staff was super helpful in sending our luggage to the next hotel in Tokyo as well.

I've stayed here multiple times, and I always have a very pleasant stay. The location is perfect, it's very central and you can walk to most places or hop on the subway, which is also very close by. The rooms are always clean and well-ventilated. The staff are extremely attentive and willing to help even if there can be a bit of a language barrier (though that's more on me for not having great Japanese skills). In terms of value, location, and staff service, I really can't think of a better place to stay. Can't wait to be back again!

We stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of September in the middle of a heatwave - the AC kept the room cool and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer in the room was a huge bonus as well - it was very convenient. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet - we rarely (if ever) heard noise from other guests or rooms. The breakfast buffet downstairs at the Italian restaurant we delicious and convenient - serving from 6:30am - 9:30am (I think - it may have ended slightly later). Would definitely stay again.

Okay stay. Staff and service was great, but the hotel was a little bit run down, stains on the carpet and sofa, dirty walls in some areas. Looks better in pictures than it does in person. Also, the block/street it’s in is dirty, and smells a bit.
