We have a great short stay for 2 nights, loved the in room washer/dryer to be able to do our laundry. It is conveniently located near Nakasu and a short walk to the shrines and Tenjin station is close by, would recommend if visiting Fukuoka

The staff was very cordial and helpful during our week’s stay at the Tokyu Stay Tenjin. For example, we had an issue with the AC, and they sent a staff up immediately to resolve the problem. Love the washer/dryer in the unit. We would definitely return in the future, The hotel is very convenient to the “city center”, within walking distance to many eateries, convenience stores, and especially Don Quixote ( popular discount store).

Very friendly and helpful staff. The property is slightly dated compared to the official photos. Room condition was good. There is much raving about the hair dryer but overall amenities are a bit short compared to other hotels in similar range. I do love the in-room washing machine which is 5-star by itself. Convenient location, few min walk from metro station. I hv booked residential double room with kitchen. Apart from the IH induction heating stove, there is a set of utensils like boiling pot with lid, chopping board, knife, Dishwashing detergent, silicon pad, paper towel and soup ladle for rental. It’s free of charges. Only shortcoming is the breakfast, very limit choices.
