Pro:This hotel is very convenient as it's right at the JR station exit 5. Con: It has very strong cemenet smells in the hallway. The breakfast was not very impressive as it has the same meals for the two days we stayed. No swimming pool or onsen facility.

Excellent reservation staff. Room was perfect. Wish the Japanese breakfast was all morning. Arrived at 8:30 am and it was already sold out. Would stay here again because location of hotel is also very convenient.

Front desk staffs doesn’t communicate well in English. Staffs need to smile and greet hotel guests more. Setup of lobby on top floor is first time experience and need to take the lifts twice to enter and exit. Like the viewing area on 18th floor. Complimentary snacks and drinks are added benefit experience while relaxing there.

Location is fantastic.

The location is fantastic. Direct link to the tenjin subway station. Lots of shopping and eating options available nearby. The bed is comfortable. Room size is reasonable. The hotel lobby is set at highest 19th floor. The rooms level is between 10th to 18th. There isn’t a direct lift to go from room level to level 1 or basement subway link. Guests have to go from their room level to 19th floor, change to another lift to go down to level 1 or basement. This is rather inconvenient for daily up n down. Especially with luggage. Believed there are better ways to handle security issues.

The hotel is new and recently opened. The district is quite convenient is connecting with the shopping network. Tenjin district is only 2nd to the hakata area of Fukuora. It is close to the international airport even by Taxi. It is only around ¥2500 and particular easy for shoppers that fully packed.

We had the chance to stay at this hotel just days after it opened, and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean, as you would expect when it’s brand new. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice - it was delicious. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room had plenty of space, easily accommodating four large luggage bags without feeling cramped. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely recommend it.

Lovely stay at the gate. Room is quite large for Japan standards. I love it that the shower and toilet are separate. Location is excellent, right above the Tenjin underground with lots of shops and food options. Lobby is on the 19th floor offering great views of the city. Breakfast is a semi buffet with 3 options to choose from. There is a lounge on the 18 floor for guest to relax with simple snacks and beverages. The only gripe I have is you have to change lifts to get to your room.
