Really enjoyed my stay here! Overall, it’s a nice place to stay. The room was nice and clean, everything worked well. The staff were kind and helpful. There was some misinformation from the booking platform about my staying period, but the staff quickly checked and confirmed everything for me. Super responsive and attentive! Even though the hotel faces the railway, the noise honestly didn’t bother me much at all. Would happily stay again!

Good clean hotel.

The room was clean but small. The sleeping area was small but the bathroom was large. Walking distance to train station was ok. The was a Family Mart close by, but no other shops to shop.

The location is a bit far from the station, yes, it's only about 15 minutes of walking but dragging your luggage on the uneven road can be a bit annoying. It's close to the track so it gets a bit loud non-stop. Lite sleeper beware. Staff can be unfriendly. The bathroom could use extra cleaning.

Good accomodation for price. Friendly staff. Some other have complained about noise from trian track. I'm not sure if we were lucky with our room but it really wasn't bad for us. Easy to get to from Hakata station and walkable to central Fukuoka. Surprisingly good breakfast!!

Good value, near the main train station. This hotel has rooms overlooking the tracks leading into and from the station (with a sound proof window, it must be pointed out). If you'd like you can see (but not hear) lovely trains going by all evening, including some historic ones. Efficient and clean rooms, helpful staff.

Walking distance to Hakata station, and not so crowded in the immediate surroundings. Good for train enthusiasts as it faces the railway line, and can catch the various trains (including the Shinkansen) passing by. For this, please arrange with hotel to have the track-facing rooms.
