The hotel was perfect. The location was a short walk from Hakata Station. The rooms are clean and well maintained by hotel staff. The front desk staff are really amazing and helpful and did an excellent job helping me with my stay and are able to speak English well. The receptionist was very professional, however the hotel is not that good, the breakfast was very disappointing and wasn’t made for tourists. There is no choice like the other hotel with breakfast buffet. I only ate the bowl of rice. For sleeping only I recommend but do not take the breakfast.

This hotel is absolutely worth recommending! The environment is excellent, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The design is simple yet comfortable, making it a very relaxing stay. The service was also outstanding – staff were polite, helpful, and attentive, whether it was during check-in or answering our questions. The location is very convenient as well, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and easy access to transportation. Overall, this hotel provided a fantastic experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

Great place with a wonderfully central location. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, but it was cool enough to sleep. I can imagine it would be difficult if the weather was warmer.

The room is very small, but we knew that going in. It’s clean, the water pressure was great, bed is comfortable enough, the property itself doesn’t look old, overall no complains. The location is amazing, with a convenient store right across the street from the property and within 5mins walking from one of the city’s main train station Hakata. We would consider staying here again!
