It's nicely located near the canal mall and not too far from Hakata station. There are lots of restaurants near by and a couple of shrines close by. The staff is awesome.

Generally it's a good hotel with friendly staffs We loved pretry much everything including roof top piblic bath. The only downside i had experienced was rhe internet WIFI connection. In the room where i was staying by the elevator, i only had 1 or 2 wifi bar and it was so slow. The front desk was kind enough to send a pocket wifi device which improved the speed a bit.

The property is right next to a 7-11 which is great. 7-11 in Japan is amazing unlike in other parts of the world. The hotel is also easily accessible by bus stops and train stations. The staff were great - very polite, courteous and helpful.

Hotel is well located and walking distance to Canal city and Hakata. Had to park at a nearby parking lot as the car (SUV) was too high for the hotel onsite car parks. It would be good if this was updated on the website so alternative plans can be made ahead.

It is a new property & given its size it maximizes all usable space to guests. The staff service from check in (asked for a room change as I’m a light sleeper) to check out (taxi call coordination by the Senior Manager of the FD right to the formal greeting at the door) were all what we come to expect from a well run Japanese hotel, which this certainly is. The lack of sizuka & basic bath manners by visitors is something that is increasingly an issue at all Japanese hotels that deliver such a public space at 250+ room properties, and hopefully something that will improve over time as visitors become more knowledgeable and respectful as to why such a space has been offered by the hotel in the first place. 11-12 breakfast staff who busily and professionally absorb morning traffic all deserve a great big thanks - it was great experience all around - thank you
