A bit dirty in the room. Some weird brown stains on the kitchen wall and quite a bit of dust. In spite of that we enjoyed our stay here. This is our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. It’s a very bright apartment like room with an excellent view. Very relaxing place to stay and close to everything. You can even walk 15 minutes to Hakata Station.

The room was ok in terms of cleanliness. Facilities were average and a party of 3 had to share 2 mugs!! Even though the room was equipped with a washing machine, the container of laundry detergent was empty. Will not stay at Legatio Hataka if I revisit Fukuoka!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. A very nice layout with a practical kitchen. We had trouble with the room tablet that gives the WiFi info so we messaged the property and the responded within minutes. Very walkable area with plenty of food and entertainment options. Comfy and quiet room. Will stay again.

Is really close to Canal City and Yatai area only 2 minutes walk. 20 minutes walk to Tenjin area. The view for the canal is amazing.

Nice location. Good view of riverside and quite around. Check in time is not so early (5 o’clock evening) is only issue but reception people are friendly and very helpful to all the requests. Walking distance to station and nice restaurants around.

Seems like a new apartment building. Apartment size is excellent for 2 persons, but for more occupants with big luggage bags, space will be tight. Nice canal facing. Disadvantage: only 1 elevator, so if it breaks down or there’s emergency, it’ll be terrible. Thank God, we had a something-going safe stay.

We wanted to stay close to “Yatai” ( venders on the street and Canal City (one of the famous shopping mall in Fukuoka) and the hotel more like condo was located on the perfect spot with a reasonable price. The front desk was very friendly and the room had very comfortable setting. If I visit Canal City again, I definitely stay at this hotel.

It's a staff-less hotel, so be sure to read all the messages before you go. It was nice overall specially for the price. It was a small apartment type, with a sofa and a big TV with paid Amazon Prime and some sub channels. Other good points - Clean bathroom and toilet. - Quite area, quite apartment. - Nice view to the river Bad points - Robe or pajamas are not included. - Free Internet was a little bit slow.

캐널시티 완전 가깝고 텐진이동거리도 좋음. 걷는 거 좋아해서 무리 없었습니다. 텐진으로 가는 경로에 맛있는 명란 가게도 있고 저녁되면 야키토리의 맛있는 냄새가 가득합니다. 이동 중에 있는 어느 가게에 가도 맛있게 식사할 수 있네요! 아침과 저녁의 나카스 강을 바로 볼 수 있어서 상쾌하고 기분 좋았습니다. 사진으로 보는 것처럼 공간이 넓었고 여분의 요와 이불도 있었어요. 침대가 편안 했습니다. 실내 슬리퍼와 일회용 칫솔이 제공되네요. 세탁기 사용가능하도록 세제도 있었고 수건은 큰 것 작은 것 모두 넉넉했습니다. 드라이기도 있고 옷장도 따로 있어서 겨울 점퍼 걸어두기 좋았습니다. 작은 욕조가 있고 욕실이 좁지 않아 씻는데 무리 없었습니다. 전자렌지와 식기류가 있어서 야식도 맛나게 먹었습니다. 조용하고 편안했습니다. 엄청 가까운 곳에 맛있는 장어덮밥식당과 타코야끼 가게가 있습니다. 텐션 좋으시고 친절한 사장님이 계세요. 세븐일레븐 가깝고 큽니다. 가족들하고 갈 때 또 이용하고 싶어요.

出發前照顧小孩流感，我們疏忽沒注意飯店規定，需要15點才能入住，發信問服務人員如果提前準備好的話可不可以提早入住，人員拒絕要求並回覆提早入住需要前一天申請，小孩不舒服只能靠著我們在沙發區從11點多入睡到15點，清潔人員明明13點多就已經打掃完畢不懂到底堅持什麼？ 連續入住五天，兩位大人一位小孩，提供4條浴巾，跟人員多要3條毛巾替換不肯，說可以用洗衣機，但是沒有提供烘乾機，到底要怎麼替換？隔天毛巾都有霉味。因為感冒需要衛生紙，人員說會給，結果到入住結束都沒有提供，連續入住沒有提供優惠，如果沒有連續住5天，是不是要提供5套盥洗用具，打掃5天？我連續入住多要一份毛巾而已，省了多少成本，不懂在小氣什麼？只有地點好，床也爛爛的，也沒有提供鎖行李，不推薦台灣人選擇。
