Small but cozy hostel with wonderful staff at reception and the location is just perfect. Beds have curtains for privacy. Great choice if you are looking for a hostel in Fukuoka.

Stay is very nice and the hostel is meticulously clean. There are signs urging guests to maintain the upkeep (almost to the point of almost hostility since there are signs everywhere but I believe they may have had some poor guests previously). Overall excellent but would be nice to have a place to relax, wind down, and meet other guests

Very convenient location close to Hakata station. Can hear the train passing by during the night but not too loud and free ear plugs provided. Charges a bottle of water at 80yen and other amenities like towels and toothbrush under 200yen. Wish there were free drinks provided like in other hostels.

Everything was cleaner than expected. However, the space was a bit limited. Opening, closing or putting away your stuff in your luggage means getting in the way of others.

Nice place, very convenient access to JR Hakata

It takes some getting used to, not having a locker or somewhere to secure my luggage contents and backpack. Luckily, the bed area is big enough that I can keep some of my stuff there. And there are a lot of security cameras around. However, the male bathroom doesn't have any place to put my clean clothes down. Or a hook to hang up the towel. The only thing in there is a basket where the bath mat is kept. Having a table or something where you can at least keep your clothes off the floor woild be appreciated. Other than that, it's a convenient hostel in easy reach of many transportation options around Fukuoka!

The owner obviously failed to emphasize the key points in the message sent prior the stay. For those who decided to leave your luggage with them in the morning, you have to tell them in advance the exact time otherwise you'd end up waiting at the entrance just like myself. This hostel seems to be deeply associated with Koreans and there were so many hostel-ers from Korea. No intention to be racists but most of the Korean did not behave with manner. They played Youtube videos at night without putting earphone on which is so annoying. They kept the lights on in the middle of the night. It was so annoying that I only managed to have a few minute sleep. I guess I would not choose this hostel ever.
