Hotel is clean and modern. Well-located and walkable to Canal City Mall. Quite a number of unagi restaurants around as well. The hotel staff were really friendly especially the parking uncle. Really commend is dedication to his job. There's washer and dryer too though the dryer seems rather inefficient. Might need a 2hr drying cycle for your entire laundry to be dry.

Okey hotel close to the subway but not much else in the immediate area. Booked a room for three and got 2 beds (that’s ok) but only two pillows and they had a very hard time finding another one. Two staff persons said it was impossible to get another one but the nice man working after midnight manned up and helped us get finally get another one.
