The breakfast quality dropped a lot, the food is cold n not fresh, the smoothie is watery……I didn’t need the luggage storage but noticed they start charging for 2000 yen each, while in Hakata station only few hundred yen.

Close the station, staff very helpful and smart. The room is good. Only the same question like before stay in Apa hotel in Kagoshima & Tokyo Inn on Nagasaki. The buffet breakfast!!! The egg, ham & sausage not hot just little bit warm, really not good. Will not choose include breakfast again. But overall is good, especially the staff in reception & housekeeping, helpful & smart. And always smile.

Solid, basic choice for visiting Hakata. Location is central, close to the station. Room is fine, clean, large enough for opening 2 large suitcases (without much room to spare but still OK). Breakfast is good. The only thing odd about this hotel is that they will be charging you to store luggage on the day of check-out (check-in storage is fine). Probably not that expensive, but that is unusual for hotels in Japan or elsewhere.
