落ち着いた雰囲気のホテル。部屋、シャワー、トイレは清潔だけど、浴場があるのがプラスポイント。 場所も祇園、櫛田神社前、中洲川端、呉服町の各駅のちょうど中間地点で便利。博多、天神も余裕で歩ける。 朝ラーメンを食べに行ったので分からないけど、朝食ビュッフェも美味しそうでした。

Front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Our flight going back home was at 8:30pm so we requested a late check out. Front desk informed us that if we checked out anytime after 1pm check out we will be charged. We decided to check out at 1pm and have them hold our luggage. Upon checking out they informed us that we will be charged. We explained what we were told the previous night they told us “sorry for the misunderstanding” and then demanded we pay. The amount we were charged wasn’t a problem but the way we were treated was a deal breaker. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

Maybe put on your online hotel description that Tattoos are not allowed in public bath. I already expected it but some onsen allow tattoos. Possibly I may have chose to stay at another hotel but I am very happy with the property and the staff
