Front desk didn't perform thteir duty. After we checkout, they refused to book taxi for us to airport and told us to get a taxi on the street. Luckily the Japanese staff working in the hotel cafe manage to book a taxi for us. No bottle water, tea bag and ibstant coffe provided in the room.

お部屋は清潔ですしスタッフも良かったです。何より乾燥している時期に加湿器があったのが嬉しかったです。ただ、上の階が滞在中2日間、夜中2時よりも遅くまでドンドン謎の音がうるさく、注意喚起をもう少ししていただけるとありがたいと思いました。

立地も良く建物内にカフェもあり、かなり便利だとは思いましたが、正直、お部屋がかなり不衛生な環境でした。喫煙可能なお部屋という事もあったとは思いますが、カーテンは触るのも躊躇する程汚れており、エアコンはつけた瞬間からかなり強烈な匂いがし、真冬で寒い中、暖房付けずに過ごし、体調が悪くなりました。ベッドもシーツの上に髪の毛が数本落ちていたり... とても安価で宿泊させて頂きましたが、清掃は怠って欲しくはなかったかなぁ。バスルーム内だけはある程度綺麗でした。是非、清掃を見直して頂きたいです。カーテンは洗いましょう。レースカーテンがヤニと埃でまっ茶色でしたよ？客室ですよね？洗いましょう？
