Great location, many amenities, and nice beds. Perfect for what we needed. The lamp and clothes dry rack were too loose to stand up right, the shower wouldn’t stay at the same temperature (constantly changing from very hot to very cold), and there’s what seems to be moldy walls… If you need a place on a budget and plan to be out on the town— the location is well worth it— Just needs cleaned up a bit

My stay was pretty good I enjoyed my time there and I love how accessible the hotel is and the location because there’s some restaurants near by and two 7/11s. I wasn’t aware they were a chain hotel company with different hotels around the city. But the room was clean and comfortable. I didn’t like that the TV didn’t have Netflix but I’m sure you could connect a computer someway. Everything was great overall.

Louzy software for check in.

Poor software for auto check in as well as pre check in. Help call difficult to get through. We took 40 minutes to check in after got help from Japanese couple to call Goom by local call.

とにかく客室がとても汚いです。 ベッドの周りはホコリだらけで床には綿状のホコリが。お風呂の床はヌルヌルしていて不愉快。トイレは臭いがひどい。 ベッドマットもスプリング割れていて寝心地悪く、腰が悪い方にはお勧めしません。 風呂場もかなり古く、ぼろぼろです。 水圧も弱く、最悪なことにお湯が全く安定せず熱くなったり冷たくなったりを繰り返していてストレス。 付いている家庭用エアコンもかなり古く音がうるさい。 そんな宿の洗濯機は怖くて蓋も開けたくありませんでした。 マグカップもカビ臭かったので、使用はお勧めしません。

ホテルというよりは、エアビーです。 分かりにくいチェックインと入室、ゴキブリだらけの階段、ゴミ箱も汚い。 部屋は薄暗くレイアウトもおかしい。 アクセスは全体的に悪い。名前もGoogleでは出てこないですし、外もカタカタ変な音が出ていて怖いです。 日本人の感覚の作りではないです。おすすめはしません。

壁が薄い感じはありましたが、施設自体のコンディションはなんの問題もなく快適に過ごさせて頂きました。また、タブレットを通しての対応もスムーズで有難かったです。ただ、階段のみなのがやはり辛かったです。

写真の印象と違い、だいぶ古いマンションでした。 部屋が広いのは良いのですが、鏡がないのが不便でした。鏡を何箇所か設置していただけると良いと思います。 洗濯機も乾燥の仕方などがよくわからないので、マニュアルがあると助かります。
