The location is good, easy for parking overnight.
But the towels were not clean still with some dirt. And the mirror accidentally fell off from the rack near the washing basin. But luckily i can hold it immediately and my kid was not there.
Check in and check out procedures is very smooth and friendly to go.

The location is ok. The room itself is pretty good as it has a kitchen and laundry etc. however, it’s a man-free hotel, which means it’s self service check in and check out. It took us a while to check in and it won’t allow check in earlier than 3pm which most hotels do as long as the room is available or at least you may have the luggage stored. The Donna cover had stains but it was replaced the next day. But it made me questioned the overall cleanliness of the apartment.

We enjoyed the stay, and would recommend it. It was apartment style with kitchenette and the amenities you would expect. Rooms were spacious, and location was close enough to Hakata station (approximately 10 minutes walk). The unmanned element meant you might need to figure out the procedures a little, but there will be instructions provided.

Great room but a little far on foot
Overall we loved it! The room was very clean, modern, and spacious. The heating was very good and we also loved the kitchen. My family also adored the amenities provided for bath. Despite concerns for it being an unmanned hotel, we had no noticeable problems during our stay nor during check-in.
But the hotel was quite far from Hakata station. It felt definitely more than 10 minutes on foot, especially with all the luggages and all. And although we liked the sofa in our room, personally I think a dinner table would have been better and more useful.

Nice place to stay. Clean and quiet. A little bit far away from Hakata station. There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacy shops close by.
There has kitchen tools including detergents. Toothbrush and Toothpaste. As well as washing machine and washing powder. If there has more cloth hangers and fuit knife, that will be more perfect.
After I used the hand soap and body wash, my hands and body were very dry.

No receptionist- checkin nightmare
I had a terrible experience. I arrived with three kids and my elderly parents, tired at 8 pm. There was no receptionist. The doors of the hotel were closet and all the instructions to check in were in Japanese. The check in process required to call a Japanese land line. I couldn’t call because my e-sim only allowed calls through WhatsApp or FaceTime.
I had to borrow a phone from a person that was passing by. He was kind enough to make the call and help me with the instructions. As the person answering had a deficient English.
If you are a tourist with and e-sim it will be very difficult for you to do the check in.
The room was ok. I got better rooms for the same price in other cities of Japan. I would definitely recommend Mimaru chain.

good but need improvements
We stayed for 5 nights. Overall it was a great stay except on the 4th night, we accidentally saw a cut toe nail in the lower level of the coffee table. None of us cut nails, guess it was a leftover from the previous tenant, so cleanliness was not thorough. Other areas to improve: (1) the fridge seemed to maintain at the room temperature while the freezer worked normal. My yogurt was ditched due to the abnormal fridge temperature. (2) the style of the slippers are durable type (not single use). Due to cut toe nail found, it made me wonder if and how the slippers are cleaned. The slippers are enclosed and not breathable.I would bring my own normally, but learnt that slippers are provided for, so didn’t this time. (3) because the accommodation is unmanned and no one would pick up any garbage during the entire stay, finding space in room to store or handle waste was a bit of hussle. (4) cooking utensils (condition quite used) can support simple cooking, but better with scissors. I would have given a 10 if these could be improved.

No dan ningun servicio de hotel. No limpian no te cambian toallas ni siquiera te dan papel del baño si se acaba.
A lo mejor para 1 o 2 noches puedes sobrevivir mas de eso se torna desagradable.
Quieres limpiar y no hay escoba o aspiradora. Quieres lavar y no hay secadora solo lavadora asi que no lo recomiendo para nada.
