Had to set up the extra bed ourselves. The chair was stained and disgusting. When interacting with staff through the tablet they were friendly but the hotel had a very non clean vibe.

Great air conditioning, appreciated the washer - wished there was a drying rack that we could use in the shower room with the "t-shirt" drying fan/vent function. Plenty of convenience store nearby, notnsure where grocery stores were, didnt come across any.

Our accommodations were very spacious and clean. There is no parking on site, but there are many parking options very close to the combinations we were in for the sumo tournament and it was a perfect location Especially for the Waterfront area. It is about a 10 minute cab ride from Hakata station.

They only have limited time on duty staff, and not helpful. The bed sheets and furnitures are dirty, lots of dust in the room. The wifi doesn’t work, no reply on email, no one at the reception, and no one pick up the phone. Terrible. Not close to main area. No bus stop and restaurant nearby. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Not very convenient location. Need to use bus or taxi to go to somewhere so that you might face some difficulties if you are not used to use Japanese transportation system.

Convenient and Spacious

The room was large, clean, and good. It was very convenient to the International Conference Center, the Bayside Place (seafood) and the Umihanoyu hot spring bath. Two problems were 1. there was only 1 cup for two people and 2. the check-in was a little difficult.

よかった点は2つです。5人で宿泊しましたが、ちょうどよい部屋の広さでした。また、女性が多いので、鏡が大きく、とても便利でした。残念な点は2つです。エアコンの風が大変臭く、今後、エアコンが必要な季節は利用しません。また、風呂も臭いがかなりします。

無人と言うことで…どうなんだろうと思い少し期待外れでしたｶ－テンも染みが少しありソファーベッドの支えてあるパイプは壊れてるし電話したら床にマットレスをひいて寝てくださいとの事。もうこの様なホテルは利用したくないです

部屋は清潔でしたが、においが少し気になりました。事前にチェックインをしていきましたが、宿泊税の支払いはその場でカード情報の入力があり、時間がかかったので、もっとスムーズにできるようにしてほしいです。バスや地下鉄が使いにくく、車がないと移動できないのが残念です。
