Nice little room for a 1 night stop over. But as a family of 5 we couldn’t stay longer than that as we need more space. The door code to get in wasn’t as simple as we thought, we figured it out in the end. The room was modern with toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo etc. We would recommend for small groups

So the room was good for my family but tour bus could not pick us up because the alley was too narrow. If you are getting around by foot or taxi it is very convenient. A lot of restaurants in walking distance and only 9 minute walk from canal shops. It is not that handicap friendly and there is no front desk staff but our room was clean and spacious and there is a kitchenette so that was convenient.

Great Service

The place was really comfy and spacious. My son had accidentally left his baby blanket in the room after we check-out to leave for Osaka. The hotel found it and took the effort to mail it to Osaka for us. Really appreciate their service! Thank you so much!

Séjour d'une semaine. Globalement ça s'est bien passé. Il est bien précisé qu'il n'y a pas de personnel donc on fait le check-in en solo, c'est simple et efficace mais par contre il n'y a pas la possibilité de demander un stockage des valises, du coup le jour de notre arrivée à Fukuoka n'a pas été optimisé... Un petit peu loin de la gare d'Hakata quand je compare les prix et proximités des gares dans les autres grandes villes du Japon... et dernier point négatif : une mauvaise odeure persistante (comme une odeur de pieds) dans la chambre... La chambre n'esp pas très grande pour 4 personnes mais la présence d'une machine à laver dans la salle de bain était très appréciable.
