Very Dusty rooms. No service. I also give it this rating because I booked last minute and I paid a premium, but if you get this room in advance you can get it at a good price. I paid over double for my stay. Great location. Subway station right in front of hotel. One stop away from hakata station. One stop away from Tenjin. I love Fukuoka but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Black walls and dusty rooms. They do not service the rooms so you’re better off getting an air Bnb. I had luggage delivered to the hotel and they didn’t accept it, even though I was already checked in. Therefore, I had to call Yamato and figure it out. Great location. But my least favorite stay during my month long trip in Japan. If you can book in advance and get the rooms at a good rate. Go for it. My 4 nights were ¥100,000. I wouldn’t recommend it. But not the worst.

위치가 정말 좋은 숙소입니다

구시다진자마에 역 5번출구 바로앞에 있습니다. 여행날에 갑자기 비나 가벼운 눈이 왔는데 역 바로앞이어서 특별히 우산을 사지 않고도 지하철을 이용해서 시내에서 놀았습니다. 캐널시티도 지하도 및 통로를 이용해서 갈 수 있습니다.

飲水がなかったので少なくとも2本の水のペットボトルは必要です。料金は特別安いわけではないので部屋に飲水があればいいですね。　カードキーは使用後どうすればよいのか教えて頂きたいですね。

what we liked about this property is the location and privacy but it was our first time to stay in the hotel where no staff were presented. it could be a bit challenging if you need some help urgently. Overall was happy with the property though.

『立地だけ』で選ぶなら最高です。部屋は薄暗く、壁がとにかく薄いのか？廊下や左右上下からの騒音が酷いです。中国観光客の方が同じフロアのいくつかの部屋に宿泊していて部屋のドアを開けっぱなしで行き来したり、深夜早朝問わず廊下で大声で会話するので非常に迷惑でした。
