I would like to share my experience regarding my recent stay. First and foremost, I want to commend the staff for their friendliness; they were truly a positive aspect of the visit. The location is also a major plus, conveniently situated near Hakata Station with easy access to shopping and other attractions. However, I was disappointed with the state of our room. It felt outdated and was not well maintained, and the bathroom had a musty odor. I've attached pictures to illustrate the room's condition. On our first morning, breakfast was quite disappointing as the food was cold and seemed improperly prepared, raising concerns about safety. I did bring this to the attention of the staff, and I must say that the following day's breakfast was an improvement. Previously, we had a great experience at another Comfort Inn in Hiroshima, which made this stay even more disappointing. Overall, I don't believe I would choose to stay at this hotel again, as it didn't meet the expectations for the price paid. There are certainly better options available.

Don’t stay here. There were roaches at the hotel. We saw one on the bed and other one at the elevator area. Staff was really nice but we have to leave the hotel and find a last minute hotel near by. They contacted expdia and agreed to cancel the reservation without fee and Expedia will refund our money. I also contacted Expedia and I’m waiting for my refund.We have videos about it.

Just few minutes walk from Hakata station ( right across the street) The hotel look a bit old like early 80s style but it is roomy. Overall the room is clean and staff is helpful and friendly. However night time maybe a bit noisy, maybe there was a group tour staying at the same floor. Breakfast is okay. If you drive and stay in the hotel, suggest you check with the hotel where is the suggested parking lot located as the parking lot behind the hotel building is closed and not available and there is no other sign mention the parking lot location. The underground street of Hakata station did have a exit near the entrance but it is stair only.
