6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Amenities
We were shocked that we had to take off our shoes and place them in a locker at the lobby area. Of course, we were provided footwear to wear up to our room. Before leaving the Hotel we have to turn in our key and pickup at the desk when we return. The fun part was visiting the Gotemba Premium Outlets. We shopped for Pokémon cards for our grandchildren. There was not much to do in the area in Shizuoka and couldn't go site seeing to Mt. Fuji because the weather was terrible. We cut our stay 2 days short and returned to Tokyo.

The staff were very kind at this location. I did not mind removing our shoes before entering the guest floors since it kept things extermely sanitary. Breakfast was never overcrowed. City Hall is across the street and if it isn't cloudy, you'll get a great view of the mountain. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
