It offers plenty of space for four guests (two bedrooms with double box-spring beds) and features a spacious living-dining area, an inviting bathroom with a tub and shower, a toilet, and a sauna on the upper floor, as well as a guest restroom on the first floor.

On the first floor, there is an approximately 30-square-meter living-dining area with a cozy sofa corner, a wood-burning stove, satellite TV with Sky, and, in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6 people. The spacious terrace offers a magnificent view of the pond and plenty of morning and evening sun.
