This modernly equipped vacation home, featuring a traditional thatched roof, shutters, a fieldstone fence typical of the area, and an 889 m² lot by the pond, is located in a new vacation home community. It offers plenty of space for four guests (two bedrooms with double beds) and features a spacious living-dining area, an inviting bathroom with a tub and shower, a toilet, and a sauna on the upper floor, as well as a guest restroom on the first floor.

On the first floor, there is an approx. 30-square-meter living-dining area with a cozy couch, a wood-burning stove, and satellite TV with Sky; in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, there is a dining table for 4 people. The spacious terrace offers a magnificent view of the pond and plenty of morning and evening sun.

Please note that construction work is underway in the front area of the vacation home complex (see site plan) for the construction of the Kranichsruh apartment building. Please understand that we have no influence over the construction work or its progress.
