This modernly equipped vacation home, featuring a traditional thatched roof, a fieldstone fence typical of the area, and an idyllic 537 m² lot, is located in a new vacation home community. It offers plenty of space for four guests (two bedrooms with double box-spring beds) and features a spacious living-dining area, an inviting bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet, and sauna on the upper floor, as well as a guest restroom on the first floor.


On the first floor, there is an approx. 30-square-meter living-dining area with a cozy sofa corner, a wood-burning stove, satellite TV with Sky, and, in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 4 people. The terrace enjoys plenty of morning and evening sun.

Exzellent, top-modern und urgemütlich

Wunderbar mit Liebe und Sinn gestaltete Häuser unter dickem Reetdach. Sehr bequeme Betten, feines Bad mit Sauna, großzügiger Smart-TV im Wohnzimmer, gut eingerichtete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner im Vorratsraum unter Treppe, perfekter Rasen, super ruhig gelegen. Aber eben auch (16km) abseits der wahren Strandpromenade zwischen Prerow und Zingst.
