The spacious 123 m² detached house is quietly located in Fuhlendorf on the Bodstedter Bodden, set on a 670 m² plot with a sheltered southwest-facing terrace for your exclusive use. Fuhlendorf is situated directly opposite the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula and is the perfect starting point for hiking and cycling tours.



With its generous layout, this lovingly furnished holiday home is ideal for 2 to 6 guests. It sits on a quiet cul-de-sac. The fully fenced garden (fence at least 1 meter high) offers safety for children and dogs. The winter garden with underfloor heating can be enjoyed even in winter.



The open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and adjoining dining area is fully equipped. On the ground floor, you’ll find a storage room with washing machine, ironing board, and iron, as well as a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and another bathroom with shower and bathtub overlooking the Bodstedter Bodden. Two bedrooms have double beds (180x200), the third has two single beds (90x200) and a child’s bed (70x140). Each bedroom has wardrobes.



Relax in the garden with a large terrace, outdoor furniture, sunshade, and barbecue. You can store your bikes in the lockable garden shed. All windows and the patio door have insect screens. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available. An EV charging station is provided (for an extra fee). There are two parking spaces.



The house is non-smoking. Dogs are welcome. A butcher, bike rental, and village shop are within walking distance. A bathing spot and dog beach are about 600 meters away.
