check in and check out was super easy. the staff was so accommodating and super nice. location was walkable to old town. the hotel itself was extremely quiet and super comfortable. the room we stayed in was massive for European standards. absolutely loved every bit of it. we did not do breakfast the couple days we were there, but it smelled fantastic! We love our big balcony the most, that has a fantastic view of green grass, pretty houses and snow covered mountains. Even though it’s in September, the top of the mountains are covered by snow.

Overall nice hotel. The biggest problem for us was a bathroom. The tub with shower handle was under the slanted very low ceilling and it required special acrobatic skills to take shower. Everything else was acceptable and good for the budget hotel.

We arrived through a little gate into a beautiful garden and followed the path to the Hotel Reception. We were met by a lady who was very helpful. The room was a good size and we were surprised it had a balcony. (It was shared by the room next door but there was no one in it so we had the balcony to ourselves) The hotel also has a sauna which I hadn't picked up on when I booked so that was another lovely surprise. We only stayed for 2 nights and the weather was a bit cloudy and rainy but we still enjoyed the view we had. It would be spectacular on a clear day. It was only a ten minute walk from the railway station and ten minutes back in to walk around the lovely little town. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely book this hotel again.

Fell in love with this place

I love this place! It has a very nice garden. If you are in the garden in sunset time, you will see the hill turns pink with the reflection of the light. It was the magic moment. The room is very nice. Outside the windows are trees, it made me felt like I was in the forest. There is also a nice bathtub with a little window looking at the trees. I felt very relaxed there. I booked for one person room, but the room is so big that I don't think it's a single bedroom. The breakfast is nice too. It has a good coffee machine in Breakfast. For my trip in Germany, this place offered the best coffee.
