Hotel Villa Fantasia was a great place to stay. The room was comfortable, well appointed and well set out. It was clean and well provisioned, the staff were helpful and i loved the automated chack in. All this and a great price. Would definitly recommend.

We used the self check in upon arrival which was honestly a little strange but there was quite a bit of parking available. The garden is very nice and the room was fairly spacious. It is easy to walk into town for food and shopping.

Just at the edge of the Old Town, the building looks like a former church. The room was a bit small but had a balcony with a fantastic view of the castle. 5 minutes walk to the heart of town. Restaurants and shops close by and a McDonald's about. 6km away.

Plus side: Helpful staff, strong wifi, and good location. Down side: This property has the feel of a hostel with individual rooms rather than a hotel - making the prices unfavorable. Digital checkin and checkout vexing. The hotel does not participate in the useful Füssen Card program for transit and museums. And we were notified that there was no breakfast a day or so before arrival, which was inconvenient - especially because of a national holiday. In short, at a better price point, this would be a more favorable review. But we paid the same price here as in much better hotels and that was a problem.
