Niet ok

Het appartement vertoonde vele gebreken ondere een plafond dat afschilverde van het vocht de eerste badkamer waren vele vochtplekken en de 2 de badkamer vertoonde schimmel en we hebben de ganse maand met verbouwingswerken gezeten met een ganse dag 28 dagenlang boren moeten aanhoren

Excellent emplacement!

Tout se fait à pieds: plage, station de train et d'autobus, marchés, restos, etc. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de la piscine à cause de la restriction d'eau. L'appartement est grand et confortable. À noter que nous devons signer un contrat avec les propriétaires dans l'éventualité où nous devions consommer davantage d'électricité et de gaz alloué. Dans notre cas, ayant fait attention, aucun surplus ne nous a été chargé. Les propriétaires sont très avenants et ont réglé quelques problèmes rapidement. Finalement, peut-être vous doter de bouchons car par moments, les bruits des motos peuvent être dérangeant de même que les nouveaux locataires au dessus qui marchent avec des talons hauts. Par contre, ceci ne m'empêcherait pas d'y retourner.
