The property enjoys a strategic location with beautiful sea, mountain, and city views. It is a non-smoking apartment and comes fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.



The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, tableware, and major appliances, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The sleeping area features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed—comfortably accommodating up to four guests.



The outdoor space includes a private terrace complete with a barbecue, outdoor dining area, and solarium, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

The street’s location makes it easy to walk to nearby parts of Fuengirola, including the shopping streets and restaurants near the centre, and it’s simple to hop on public transport or take a short taxi ride to the beach or train station.

Fuengirola is quite flat and walkable. Many local shops, cafés, the beach and main streets are within walking distance from Calle la Unión.

Fuengirola has an extensive urban bus network serving the whole town with multiple lines — check routes, stops and times on the official site or app.

There are several nearby bus stops within a few minutes’ walk of Calle la Unión.

Buses connect central areas like the train station, beach promenade, Miramar shopping centre and other neighbourhoods.

The Renfe Cercanías commuter train line C-1 runs from Fuengirola Station to Málaga and along the coast — great for exploring nearby towns or getting to Málaga city/airport.
