It features a 25 m² living room with a comfortable sofa, air conditioning, and a heat pump, a very spacious and bright glass-enclosed dining area, a separate kitchen fully equipped with everything you need, two double bedrooms—one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom—a bedroom with one single bed and one bunk bed (two beds), and a bathroom with a shower. It also offers 2 very large, completely private, and enclosed garage spaces with remote-controlled entry.

    The residential complex is very quiet and safe; it features 2 swimming pools and green spaces and is located on Calle Sierra Nevada in Fuengirola. Just 300m from the Carvajal train station and 750m from the beach. Close to restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, and a supermarket. 4 km from downtown Fuengirola. 20 km from Málaga Airport.

    Tres agréable !

    Super appartement dans une residence tres calme. La terrasse a été notre principal lieu de vie. La vue est sympa. Tres dommage d'avoir des travaux de nouvelles residences de 7h a 16h 6 jours sur 7. La plage est accessible a pied et assez calme, mais il faut compter une belle cote au retour et 99 marches! La clim est tres agreable, le gerant est tres disponible pour toutes questions et le garage est un vrai plus avec les fortes chaleurs. La piscine est top et souvent il n'y avait pas beaucoup de monde.
