it's the little things that matter

we had a great stay in this wonderful apartment. overall it is fantastic, so it was disappointing that the kitchen utensils were of the poorest quality, 2 of which broke on first use: the tin opener and the wine opener. no excuse really, just for the sake of a few extra euros. it is also worth pointing out that the large wrap around balcony does not get the sun in winter months after 1pm. otherwise no complaints.
