Welcome to this modern penthouse with balcony and terrace on one of the most sought after streets of Los Boliche, Calle Fransisco Cano, a short walk from the beach and the Mediterranean, as well as the train station and shops. Los Boliches is a welcoming area that is in constant movement and lives all year round, here there is food, drinks and entertainment from all over Spain and the world. The beaches of Los Boliches are of high quality with fine sand, nice sun loungers, and nice beachfront restaurants with good food and great drinks. When you enter the apartment you are greeted by an open kitchen and an upscale living room, the kitchen is directly on the right when you enter and is fully equipped with a new fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and stove, coffee maker and much more. In the living room you have the TV, the dining room WIFI for 4, and a nice balcony with afternoon/evening sun. From the balcony you have a spiral staircase to the roof terrace where it is sunny all day and in the afternoon and a great view of the neighborhood. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with a washing machine, WIFI, coffee machine, air conditioning in all rooms and much more.
