Comfortable, contemporary and tranquil flat with sea views in the centre of town

Take in the sea views and listen to the waves rolling in from the terrace of this comfortable and fully air-conditioned flat. Decorated and furnished to high standards, you will no doubt find it to qualify as your home away from home. Due to its eleventh floor location and the low surrounding traffic density, this apartment also offers a calm and silent living environment and a soothing break from a long day at the beach.

There are two bed rooms; one with an extra wide, 180 cm double bed and direct access to the terrace, and another with two single beds with high quality mattresses. Both rooms are equipped with fitted floor to ceiling cupboards.

All bedsheets and towels are professionally dry cleaned prior to your arrival.

The lounge offers an open plan space comprising a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a small dining area and a lounge area with a three-seater sofa convertible into an extra high quality double bed. On the adjacent ten square meter terrace there are two comfortable lounge chairs and a table for enjoying the views with a cold drink in hand. There is high speed fibre internet and international TV in the flat.

The beach is less than a one-minute walk from the building, and around the block and along the beach promenade you will find a large selection of cafés, bars, restaurants, mini-markets and ice cream parlors. The supermarket is only a five-minute walk away, and there is a shopping cart available in the flat. The Fuengirola zoo and the Solhail castle are both a mere ten minutes away by foot, and there is a pharmacy right and two car rental companies right in the building.

The Fuengirola train station, with arrivals from the Malaga airport every 20 minutes, is located two kilometres from the flat. There are taxis right outside the train station.
Alternatively, I can arrange for my taxi driver to pick you up at the airport with large or small vehicles, depending on the size of your party.

Upon arrival you will be requested to complete the guest check-in procedure which is a legal requirement in Spain. You will be asked to scan your passport or identity card, and provide your home address, contact details and type of relationship with your fellow guests. This information will be sent automatically to the Ministry of Interior and will not be stored by me. Failure to complete this process exposes the property to penalties.

Wow, what is not to love about this stay...NOTHING!!! The appartement is exactly as in the photos. Situated on the 11th floor facing the ocean, the views from both the master bedroom and the living room are heavenly. They are only "beaten" by the ones from the large balcony...It is equiped with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink! The building is situated in the central part of Fuengirola very near to downtown. Within walking distance are lots of excellent restaurant, bars, souvenirs shops and the beach! The kitchen is very well equiped with high quality appliances. There are lots of utensils, plates, glasses, cups and cookware. The kitchen table extends from 2 to 4 guests easily. There is a grocery store nearby (5 min walk) and the appartement is equiped with a very good quality trolley to transport purchases back to the flat. The 2 rooms are very comfortable; high quality mattresses; lots of sheets, storage for hanging clothes or in drawers. Flatscreen TV and lots of chanels in the living room. As for the owner Stefan, what a joy he was to deal with. Upon request, he organized our transport to and from the airport. In March-April 2026, the cost was 39 euros each way. When we contacted him via the VRBO app, he replied within minutes with the accurate information. A true gentleman. We would not hesitate one second to book another stay at this flat. Our time there was truly awesome. Thank you Stefan!!!

Another Day in Paradise!

The apartment was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and with modern appliances and a well appointed kitchen. The view from the balcony is a front row seat to stunning sunrises over the sea. The apartment is in a perfect location with easy access to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and downtown Fuengirola. We found the owner to be personable and very responsive.

Wonderful holiday. We have visited Fuengirola for over 25 years as a couple and then a family. We obviously knew the area but Stefan's apartment is just perfect. Great location near our favourite part of the beach and Gali Gali restaurant. Night time you can stay close or take the very short walk to the more bustling squares in town or Fish Alley. Couldn't fault the apartment for cleanliness, facilities (home from home) and also the communication and ease on arrival and departure. We finally got there Stefan, after a 2 year wait (Covid!). Thanks again and we will be back.

My Partner and I stayed here for the month of January 2022 and we wanted a homely apartment as we knew that whilst twice the temperature of the UK, it would not be beach weather! Rest assured that Stefan has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge and everything you need should you want to cook. The super king sized memory foam bed is extremely comfortable and the large flat screen satellite tv has Netflix, so what’s not to love?! The view is spectacular with the sight and sounds of the Med from the sunny balcony and the rear view of the mountain vistas make this apartment truly special.

Great winter break

My husband and I were looking forward to our holiday and the accommodation did not disapoint, the view from the balcony was a wow. We had meals on the balcony listening to the waves as they hit the shore. It's situated near centre of town. So good for eating out. We had a problem with internet but it was sorted within an hour. We will be returning to the property next year or sooner if we are able. Great stay

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren 3 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung, und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Ein sehr schöner Blick aufs Meer, und eine sehr schöne Umgehung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inn der Nähe, und die Kommunikation mit Stefan hat sehr gut geklappt, obwohl ich nur ein wenig Englisch spreche.Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Perfect apartment in a fab location

We spent a wonderful 6 days in this lovely apartment. It was super quiet and the beds were oh so comfortable. The location is just great 2 minutes away from the beach and paseo. The only thing was the international TV channels didn't always work - but all in all just wonderful and we hope to make it our go-to-place in Fuengirola!!!
