We would like to remind you of the house rules, designed to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for all our guests and neighbors:
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment, including windows and/or balconies.
- Parties and noise that may disturb the peace and quiet of the residents are not allowed.
- Access is not permitted to people not registered on the reservation.
- Unregistered pets are not allowed.
- Please take care of the apartment's furniture and facilities.

✅ CHECK-IN: From 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. For safety reasons, instructions and access codes for the apartment will be provided at 3:45 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
• Early check-in: If you wish to enter before 4:00 p.m., please let us know upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we can accommodate you, but it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the previous guest’s check-out and the cleaning schedule.
✅ For safety reasons, luggage or personal belongings cannot be left in the apartment during cleaning. For your convenience, we recommend using nearby luggage storage services in Málaga, for example:

✅ CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00 a.m.
• Late check-out: Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will confirm whether it is possible and the applicable additional cost:
o From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: 39€
o From 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.: 59€
o From 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: 99€

✅ ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Only registered guests in the reservation are allowed.
• Additional guest fee: 49€ per person per night
✅ CLEANING DURING STAY: The standard cleaning fee after check-in is included in the reservation.
• If you require extra cleaning or a towel change, please contact us; an additional charge of 80€ applies.
✅ PETS: Allowed with prior notice, with a supplement of 25€ per pet per night.
✅ NO SMOKING inside the apartment.
✅ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
✅ Respect the neighbors, especially during nighttime hours.
