Magnificent, newly renovated villa in the Andalusian style. A 5-minute walk from the beach across the bridge that spans the highway. The villa has 3 bedrooms. Sleeps 12 people with fold-out beds: 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds, 2 sofa beds, and 3 extra single mattresses.

On the west side of the house is the pool, the terrace with a Weber BBQ, and the pergola-covered terrace—perfect for relaxing in the shade while enjoying the ocean views and keeping an eye on the kids in the pool.

It also features a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 2 living rooms. One living room features a 65-inch smart TV, one sofa, and two comfortable armchairs, while the other has a 2-meter table (seats 12) perfect for gatherings with family or friends, along with another 42-inch TV.

On the east side of the house, there is another terrace with ocean views, where you’ll find a ping-pong table, as well as gardens and the garage.

Below the house is an apartment where Angelo lives—an elderly gentleman who looks after the house when it’s empty and takes care of the pool maintenance. He enters his apartment through the villa’s exterior door but does not share any common areas with guests. He is very friendly and highly respects privacy.

*IMPORTANT: You must not make noise outside the house after 10:00 p.m. or disturb the neighbors. Upon departure, please wash any dishes you’ve used, clean out the BBQ grill if used, and take out the trash.

The villa is a 5-minute walk from the beach and Sohail Castle in Fuengirola, where the Mare Nostrum festival is held in the summer. It is also a 5-minute walk from the Miramar Shopping Center, which features all kinds of stores, restaurants, a movie theater, a supermarket, and more.

To use the crib, guests must request it in advance; it is not always available at the property.

All guests over the age of 14 must fill out a guest registration form with their ID.
