This charming holiday apartment is located in Hochfügen at an altitude of 1,600 meters, nestled in the impressive mountain scenery of the Zillertal Alps. The location is particularly appealing in winter: ski-in/ski-out is possible, as the ski slope is right outside the door. Simply strap on your skis and head straight to the slopes.

The apartment is decorated in traditional Tyrolean style. Plenty of wood, rustic details, and cozy furnishings create a warm, alpine atmosphere.

A dedicated ski room is available for winter sports enthusiasts, providing convenient storage for skis, ski boots, and winter equipment.

Die Unterkunft ist gut und hat eine gute Lage direkt an der Skipiste. Gestört hat uns die separate Abrechnung der Heizkosten. Leider haben wir das bei der Buchung überlesen ( unser Fehler), wir hätten die Ferienwohnung mit Sicherheit nicht gebucht. Auf eine e-mail am 11.1.2026 20:57Uhr an belvilla zum diesbezüglichen Thema, gab es schonmal gar keine Antwort. Bis zur Abrechnung am letzten Tag vor Ort wußten wir nicht, welche finanzellen Kosten auf uns zu kommen. Hat sich zwar letztendlich im Rahmen gehalten, aber die Urlaubsfreude trotzdem gestört.

Ideaal gelegen huis aan de piste. Het huis is schoon en vrij compleet uitgerust. Fijne sauna. De huiskamer is ruim. De keuken is erg klein, zeker als je zelf wil koken zoals wij. Wij waren met 6 volwassenen en 2 jonge kinderen. Een van de slaapkamers beneden is ruim, de andere slaapkamer beneden is erg klein. De zolderverdieping is te krap voor volwassenen. Grootste probleem was dat de twee zolderslaapkamers laag zijn (de heren konden er niet rechtop staan) en dat er een balk boven de (steile smalle) trap zit waaraan meermaals hoofden gestoten zijn. Huis is vooral geschikt voor max 4 volwassenen waarvan 2 niet te lang zijn, en 4-6 kinderen die niet langer zijn dan 1.60 m. en dan wel op de zolderslaapkamers kunnen verblijven. De ligging van het huis maakt veel goed.
