• Check-in 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Checkout by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are sometimes available — just ask, and we`ll give you a straight answer as soon as the cleaning schedule is set.
• Maximum 14 guests. The number of guests on the reservation must match the number of people staying.
• No parties or events. No unregistered overnight guests.
• Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. The 10-acre property is shared with three other rental homes.
• No smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or out.
• Up to 3 pets welcome — $30 per pet, per night, disclosed at booking. No pets on furniture or beds. Please pick up after them, and keep them supervised near the pool and lake.
• Pool use is at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. No glass in the pool area.
• Make sure the fire pit is fully out before heading inside.
• Trash goes in the dumpsters on the property only. Never leave trash outside — it attracts wildlife.
• The reserving guest must be 25 or older and present for the duration of the stay.
• Photo ID required from the booking guest before check-in.
• Please keep exterior doors closed — Florida bugs.
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Items left behind are not stored or shipped.
