Disliked: Cleanliness
Die Lage in zweiter Reihe mit teilweise Blick auf das Meer war toll und wie beschrieben.Die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft war mangelhaft. Insgesamt wirkte es, als ob das Objekt seit längeren nicht mehr sehr gepflegt wird. Insbesondere der Zustand der Terasse mit verschmutzten Gartenmöbeln und großem Loch im Gartenstisch und sehr verrosteten Grill, waren ärgerlich und bekommen von uns die Note 6!Bei schlechten Windbedingungen richt die Wohnung unangenehm nach Abwasser.Dann sei auch erwähnt, das dass Objekt zum Verkauf angeboten wird und in unserer Fereinwoche der Makler unangekündigt mit einem potentiellen Kunden zur Besichtigung vor der Tür stand!Landschaftlich ist die Umgebung wunderschön. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit erreicht man in ca 10 minuten mit dem Auto.
